Who Am I? Identity and Patterns in Family Success

11am – 11.40am AEST, 15 May 2026 ‐ 40 mins

Session

What family identity actually is — and why the families that do this work deliberately tend to hold together better.

Purpose: This session treats family identity as something the family-as-entity does together — not just something individual members hold separately — bringing a third-generation principal into dialogue with a creative-communications practitioner.

Discussion: Emily, PWN Member, and Tom will explore how identity has been navigated inside a multi-generational family enterprise, what patterns repeat across families that succeed versus fragment, and what the explicit identity work that strong families do actually looks like.

Outcomes: You'll leave with a different angle on the identity conversation if it's live in your family, a third-generation perspective on what continuity has actually required, and ideas worth testing in your own context.
