Juliet provides advice on all legal issues relating to trusts as well as on estate planning, relationship property, estates, and wills. She regularly works with trustees, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders, advising them on their rights and obligations, as well as acting as a trustee.
Juliet is a regular chair and presenter of seminars and author of articles on issues arising in those areas. She regularly speaks at New Zealand Law Society and Law Association conferences, and at STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) events, as well as being quoted in the media on such issues. Juliet is the chair of the STEP education committee.
