Megan Flamer is a transformational learning designer, facilitator and keynote speaker with over 20 years of global experience. She is currently an Adjunct Senior Industry Fellow with RMIT’s Centre for Workforce Transformation, an Associate with Monash Business School and Founder of the learning consultancy, Excited Adults. Megan has designed programs for Google, Coca-Cola, and elite emergency teams in healthcare and prison systems, and was a founding member of Monash University's Centre for Consciousness. A dynamic facilitator and former ABC broadcaster, Megan helps organisations create cultures of resilience, insight, and human flourishing. She is a PhD candidate with Monash University’s WonderLab.
