Session
The Executive Producer of Bluey on creativity, family life, and the stories that shape both.
Purpose: This session treats creativity as a serious practice — shaped by family life rather than crushed by it — with two practitioners who have done that work publicly and at scale.
Discussion: Libbie and Megan will speak to how they've held creative practice and family life as one project rather than competing claims, what children's storytelling has taught them about how narratives shape adults, and what Bluey's global reach says about Australian creative confidence.
Outcomes: A different frame on the creativity-and-family-life question if it lives in your household, an unusual look behind one of Australia's most successful creative exports, and language for taking your own creative practice (or your child's) more seriously.
