Joanne McCrae

Joanne is a trustee, director, and facilitator of large family enterprises, passionate about helping families thrive with wealth. She was a Partner at Deloitte for over 25 years, including a decade leading New Zealand’s Family Enterprise Consulting practice, working closely with families of significant wealth to support their businesses and succession and governance structures. Joanne’s chairing style encourages meaningful, relevant discussions and active participation from all Members. She fosters shared learning through listening and open dialogue, drawing out diverse perspectives to create rich, collaborative conversations, while recognising the unique needs of each family.
 

Kamini Reddy

Director, Reddy Group

Kamini is a Director at Reddy Group, and a key lead to the finance, corporate affairs, and strategy functions. With a wealth of global experience, she has held senior finance roles at Hilton Worldwide (Asia), Fonterra, and Ernst & Young across New York, London, and Auckland. Kamini is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Institute of Directors. She contributes her expertise to several boards, including Bank of Baroda (New Zealand) Ltd and Jetwing Symphony PLC in Sri Lanka.

A graduate of the Owner-President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School, Kamini also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Accounting and Japanese from the University of Auckland. Her extensive experience and strategic insight support our commitment to empowering communities across New Zealand, Fiji, and the South Pacific.
