Brook’s career began in Agribusiness before launching a series of successful ventures, including a development and construction firm, a funds management company, and a legal practice. In addition to leading Mosaic, he co-founded M Private Capital, a boutique investment firm, and established the Mosaic Foundation, a philanthropic initiative extensively supporting many grassroots organisations delivering vital services, particularly to the homeless and disadvantaged youth.
At his core, Brook is a strategist with a deep understanding of macroeconomics and evolving global forces. Managing Director, Navigator Property Group
Tom founded Navigator Property Group after a 25-year career in Brisbane commercial real estate. He has held senior positions at global firms across the following key disciplines, Leasing, Asset Management, Development Management, Funds Management and Capital Markets.
In his previous role as Senior Director of the CBRE Capital Markets Team, Tom closed over $5 Billion in Capital Transactions including some of Queensland’s largest commercial office deals.
Tom’s long-standing relationships with senior decision makers within on and offshore REIT’s, Wholesale Funds and Super Funds give Navigator a competitive advantage in sourcing and securing deep value off market deals. Tom is responsible for deal origination, capital raising and asset strategy at Navigator.
