Founder & Director, The Food & Mood Academy
Dr Tetyana Rocks is an award-winning Accredited Practising Dietitian, Founder and Director of the Food & Mood Academy, and Senior Research Fellow at the Food & Mood Centre, Deakin University, Australia. She is internationally recognised for her contributions to Nutritional Psychiatry and is dedicated to translating cutting-edge research on diet and mental health into real-world clinical and public health practice.
Tetyana developed and leads three flagship educational programs: the free online course Food and Mood (with more than 94,000 enrolments worldwide), and two accredited professional training courses—Nutri-Psyche (accredited by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine) and Life and Mind (accredited by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners).
She has authored more than 50 scientific publications, secured over $1 million in competitive and philanthropic funding, and delivered more than 170 keynote lectures, presentations, and workshops internationally. Originally from Ukraine, Tetyana brings a deeply personal commitment to improving mental health and wellbeing through food, education, and global collaboration.
