Neha brings over 15 years of experience at the intersecton of private equity, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship, with a strong specialization in the family office ecosystem. She established Aikya Connect, a homegrown network of family offices, alongside the founder, and served as Vice President, Private Markets at the Dinesh Hinduja Family Office, where she gained direct insights into asset allocation strategies across multiple asset classes in India and globally. Her earlier career spans investments at True North, fundraising and investor relations at Everstone Capital, and M&A advisory at KPMG Corporate Finance. Alongside her financial expertise, she has worked with businesses in consumer, blockchain technology, and AI (gaming), enabling her to bring a forward-looking lens to how family offices can identify growth paWerns, build resilient strategies, and align with emerging global opportunities. Neha is currently focused on building a cross-border network with NextGen leaders of family offices from around the world, creating bridges for collaboration, learning, and global investment opportunities.

Sander Wichmann Mortensen is the Chief Investment Officer of NOUMRETI Capital, a private family office rooted in his Danish family’s 100-year legacy in construction. NOUMRETI is unbound by the institutional paradigm, rejecting benchmarks as portfolio construction tools. Its foundation is a risk-first active liquid core, built to preserve purchasing power across market environments while improving the odds of meaningful returns. Gavin has over 20 years of experience in senior capital markets and investment banking roles, including Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets Asia-Pacific at RBC Capital Markets. He is also an experienced venture and growth investor. Gavin holds a degree from the University of Oxford.
Founder and Managing Partner, Venturi Partners
Nick is the Founder & Managing Partner of Venturi Partners, a $500M investment fund focusing on Series B to D investments in the consumer space in India & Southeast Asia. Prior to founding Venturi Partners, Nick was Managing Director at Verlinvest, a family-backed investment vehicle specialized in the consumer space. He moved to Singapore end 2014 to open their Asian office and was responsible for all investments in Asia and in consumer tech brands globally.
Nick’s focus has been on investing and working with brands in the FMCG, education, e-commerce and healthcare sectors. While leading Verlinvest’s Asian investments he successfully deployed over $500M of capital in India, South-East Asia and China. Nick is currently on the Boards of Livspace, Country Delight, Sula Wines and Believe. He was previously on the Boards of Byju’s, Lazada, Global Fashion Group, Chewy, Epigamia, Veeba, Armonea and China Resources Verlinvest Investment Fund (majority owner of Oatly pre-IPO).
Nick started his career in London and New York in leveraged finance and private equity before joining Verlinvest in 2006. During his 13 years at Verlinvest Nick spent 5 years as an operator and as CEO of Armonea, one of the leading private nursing home operators in Europe with 15,000 residents and 8,000 employees.
Nick is Anglo-Belgian. He has a Masters in Economics from the University of Louvain La Neuve in Belgium and has done Executive courses from Insead and Stanford.
