Following their highly popular session at Family Office Congress XV, “Trigger Happy: Why Beliefs and Behaviours are the Key to Family Unity”, Archie & Hugo Douglas will expand on their journey to family unity with globally recognised coach Francesco Lombardo (Bermuda). 

This session will uncover “difficult conversation” topics around risks to family harmony and wealth transfer, including:

● Being bold about succession: Navigating wealth transfer to achieve long-term goals
