Dame Ranjna Patel is a pioneering New Zealand entrepreneur and community leader. She co-founded & sold Tāmaki Health, the country’s largest private primary healthcare provider, and launched Bettr, New Zealand’s first virtual health platform. In 2014, she founded Gandhi Nivas, an award-winning family harm prevention program shown to reduce reoffending by 69%. She is also the first female Trustee of the International Swaminarayan Satsang, where she established a women’s leadership wing.

Rohit Reddy is the Managing Director of Reddy Group, where over the past 23 years he has overseen the establishment of the Family Office, and expansion of the group’s global investment strategy. Rohit has completed the Owner-President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School and holds degrees in Law (Honours) and Commerce from the University of Auckland. His diverse experience, backed by his fellowship with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, continue to drive strong leadership across the group’s governance structures where he sits on the Family Council, Investment Committee and boards of the Family Foundation and operating businesses.
