Senior Director, LAWD
Jaclyn Hope is a Senior Director at LAWD, leading its Corporate Advisory service offering .
Respected across Australia as a highly accomplished agribusiness specialist, Jaclyn has more than 20 years’ experience in the sector. Over this time, she has built a strong reputation for her skills in buy and sell-side advisory, capital raising, strategy, debt and corporate restructuring, deal flow, asset management, and turnaround advice, advising domestic and international clients on large-scale, complex transactions.
Before joining LAWD, Jaclyn was a Partner in PwC’s Corporate Finance team, with a specific focus on the Food & Agribusiness sector, and where she provided subject matter expertise across the PwC domestic and global network.
Jaclyn also previously worked in the banking and finance industry, holding management positions across a broad range of agribusiness specialist roles including frontline relationship management, strategic marketing and risk at three of the big four Australian banks.
Originally from Dalby, on Queensland’s Western Downs, Jaclyn grew up in a family agribusiness enterprise, and spent her formative career as a commodity trader in northern New South Wales. She holds a particular interest in succession planning and supporting families in the intergenerational transfer of assets and skillsets, and providing strategic advice to a diverse spectrum of agricultural asset holders and businesses.

Head of Agriculture, Centuria
Andrew is Centuria’s Head of Agriculture, responsible for sourcing and overseeing two unlisted funds with six properties ranging from fruit, nut and citrus orchards, to vineyards, across Australia’s eastern seaboard.
Being a sixth generational agriculturalist and with more than 25 years industry experience, Andrew is adept at managing Centuria’s $150 million agriculture portfolio. His core capabilities extend to portfolio management, acquisition evaluation and transactions, credit and risk structuring, automation and AI decision making, and gate to plate supply chain management.
Andrew joined Centuria in 2020 having previously held senior positions with Westpac, ANZ, Commonwealth Bank, GrainCorp, Elders, Raine & Horne and regional agricultural specialist companies such as Cargill, Tandou and Pentag.
He studied Horticultural Science at the University of Western Sydney, is a licensed Stock and Station Agent, holds a rural valuation certificate and various business and finance accreditations.

Chief Executive Officer, Camm Agricultural Group
Bryce is a well-respected beef producer with almost 20 years of experience working in the Australian beef industry. He is acknowledged across the agricultural sector for his leadership of business and policy development. In 2018 he was elected the youngest president of the Australian Lot Feeders Association and became the Chair of Beef Australia Limited. Bryce was awarded the Emerging Agribusiness Leadership Award by Rabobank in 2014. Bryce has overseen the growth and corporatisation of his family’s Camm Agricultural Group. Under his tenure the group’s turnover has grown fourfold and returned to profitably. He has driven additional revenue streams to the business and developed its feedlot enterprise into an industry leading operation. He was instrumental in the business executing a $72M deal with Rural Funds Group to restructure the mix of capital executed in rural land ownership. Bryce holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Communications from Bond University. He is a graduate of both the Australian Rural Leadership Program and Australian Institute of Company Directors Course and is a qualified Private Pilot.
