A PWN Member on what he learnt about discipline, recovery and decision-making under pressure by running 100 miles.
Purpose: To bring a PWN Member story into the program in a register most rooms don’t allow themselves — discipline, endurance and self-knowledge, explored through extreme physical practice.
Discussion: Alex will share what sustaining extreme endurance under unconventional nutritional protocols has taught him about pacing, recovery, decision-making under fatigue, and the interplay between body and mind when it matters most.
Outcomes: A new frame on the discipline that runs through every part of family wealth stewardship.
