Todd Pepper is the Founder and Managing Director of Alceon Qld. With a property career commencing in 1993, Todd brings over 30 years’ experience across a broad range of property and private equity sectors, including valuation, sales and leasing, development management and structured finance.
As Managing Director of Alceon’s Queensland office, Todd oversees a portfolio of direct real estate assets and private credit investments in excess of $1 billion.
Prior to establishing the joint venture with Alceon Group to create Alceon Qld in 2012, Todd was a founding Director of Harvest Property, a property development and wholesale funds management business based in South-East Queensland, which commenced in May 2008.
Todd has unique experience across the Retirement Living property spectrum. He was the founding Director of Gateway Lifestyle, which began with a single Manufactured Home Park Village at Tingalpa in 2009 and grew to publicly list with 36 villages in 2015 at a market capitalisation of $498 million. Gateway Lifestyle was subsequently acquired by US-based American Hometown Communities for $675 million in 2018. Todd was also a Director of Liberty Senior Living, which operates one of the few rental retirement villages within Brisbane.
Since 2009, Alceon Qld has pursued a strategy of developing and refurbishing A-grade suburban office buildings. Current projects include Suburban Office Parks at Hamilton Northshore, Albion, Brisbane Technology Park, and Acuity Business Park at Robina. Todd has been responsible for the development and sale of in excess of 100,000 sqm of suburban and fringe office space over this period.
Earlier in his career, Todd held senior roles at a number of leading firms, including Babcock & Brown in their Property and Capital Markets Division — focused on the sourcing and structuring of property-related debt and equity transactions — Associate Director of Infrastructure Capital at ABN AMRO, General Manager of the Units and Townhouse Division at Devine Ltd, and Director of the Queensland Investment Sales division at Savills.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Business (Property Valuation) from the University of Queensland and a Postgraduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Melissa is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Labassa Capital and leads the firm’s investment strategy, deal sourcing, execution, investor relation and corporate partnerships.
Melissa has more than 15 years’ experience in real estate private capital and institutional banking from which she has developed extensive contacts with private and institutional investors.
Before Labassa, Melissa held roles in institutional banking with Westpac Banking Corporation and HSBC.
Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hunan University of Commerce, China.
