Central to PWN is our Four Walls Policy, a confidentiality framework based on the internationally recognised Chatham House Rule.

We are committed to ensuring that every member feels secure to speak openly, share experiences and seek support without hesitation. The PWN Four Walls Policy reflects this unwavering commitment, creating a trusted space where meaningful connections and discussions can flourish in absolute confidence.

At PWN, fostering a safe and confidential environment is our highest priority.

Code of Conduct

  1. Confidentiality Is Key

Whatever is discussed within these ‘Four Walls’ stays within these ‘Four Walls’. Our Four Walls Policy aligns with the Chatham House Rule: ‘When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.’ Knowledge can be shared, but personal identities, questions and stories cannot.

  1. Respect Member Privacy

Photography, recording and AI-enabled note-taking are not permitted during PWN activities. Contact details of Members are never shared with partners and guests. Members can privately connect through the PWN Community Hub, a secure online platform designed for networking and resource sharing among Members.

  1. Share, Don’t Sell

The PWN environment is for sharing insights and experiences, not for pitching products or services (unless explicitly permitted). Occasionally, service providers may be invited to present specific products or services.

  1. Media and Privacy Respect

Private or sensitive information shared during PWN activities must not be distributed or shared in any form of media, including social media, without prior permission from PWN. While PWN may engage in media activities, Members’ privacy is never compromised.

  1. Declare Interests Transparently

If recommending or sharing a service you use or have used, you must disclose any personal, commercial, or other interests related to that service provider.

The PWN Four Walls Policy provides a secure foundation for open conversations, fostering trust and meaningful connections within a confidential environment.
