Within PWN’s Four Walls
Whatever is shared within PWN’s ‘Four Walls’ stays within PWN’s ‘Four Walls’.
Information and learning may be shared, but the personal identities, questions, stories and affiliations of Members must not be shared beyond the room.

Member Privacy
Participants must not take photographs or make video or audio recordings, transcriptions or AI-assisted notes during a PWN session. This includes the use of AI-enabled recording or transcription tools, smart glasses and transcription apps.
Official photography or videography, where used, is arranged and managed directly by PWN. PWN will take reasonable steps to respect Members’ privacy and
will not identify or feature individual Members in published content without appropriate consent.
Members' contact details are never shared by PWN with trusted guests or Partners.

Social Media Policy
Participants must not name, photograph, film, or otherwise identify Members, or share materials from a session on social media.
Any media activity undertaken by PWN will be managed in accordance with the Four Walls Policy and applicable consent arrangements.

Share, Don't Sell
PWN is for sharing insights and experiences, not for pitching products or services, unless explicitly permitted and invited by PWN.

Declare Interests Transparently
If recommending or sharing a service or product, participants must disclose any personal, commercial, or other interests related to that provider.
