PWN Membership is designed for individuals and families of significant wealth who value thoughtful conversation, trusted relationships, and long-term perspective.

Our Members face complex questions — around family dynamics, succession, governance, investment, philanthropy, and purpose. PWN provides a confidential environment in which these questions can be explored openly, alongside peers who genuinely understand the responsibility and opportunity that wealth brings.

At the centre of the Membership experience are our Peer Groups — supported by a broader ecosystem of events, insights, and global connections.

We achieve this through our three core pillars:

Connect
  • Share unique interactions and gain valuable advice in Members-only Peer Groups and gatherings, finding a circle of trusted individuals to navigate wealth-related challenges
  • Build lasting and authentic relationships within a trusted community, providing a foundation for authentic connections
Learn
  • Gain practical knowledge and tools from fellow Members and globally recognised leaders to make informed decisions
  • Participate in tailored masterclasses and forums with industry leaders to address the challenges of managing wealth, family dynamics, and legacy building
Engage
  • Immerse yourself in activities like the Family Office Congress, Chapter Events, Forums, Peer Groups, and International Insight Tours
  • Share transformative experiences that deepen your understanding and relationships within the network

Peer Groups - Your personal advisory board

Peer Groups are the foundation of PWN Membership.

Each Member is invited to participate in a small, confidential Peer Group facilitated by an experienced Chair. These groups operate as a peer advisory network — often described by Members as their personal board of directors — offering trusted perspective on decisions around wealth, family, and long-term responsibility.

Within this setting, Members share experiences, test thinking, gain perspective, and build long-term relationships grounded in trust and mutual respect. Peer Groups are not advisory in a traditional sense; instead, they provide collective wisdom drawn from lived experience.

A trusted and confidential environment

Central to PWN Membership is our Four Walls Policy, aligned with the internationally recognised Chatham House Rule.

This framework ensures that:

  • What is shared within PWN remains confidential
  • Personal identities, stories, and affiliations are protected
  • Members can speak openly and honestly without fear of judgement or disclosure

This commitment to confidentiality underpins every Peer Group, event, and interaction within the PWN community and is essential to the depth and quality of engagement our Members value.

Learning through shared experience

Beyond Peer Groups, PWN offers a carefully curated program of learning experiences designed to support Members across all stages of wealth and family enterprise.

Learning at PWN is grounded in lived experience and thoughtful discussion, and takes place across a range of formats, including:

  • Member-only events and Chapter gatherings
Intimate, confidential experiences curated for Members, supporting trusted peer exchange and deeper relationship building.
  • PWN Forums
Larger, theme-led events that bring together Members and a trusted expert community to explore topics such as investment, property, governance, leadership, and family enterprise, combining expert insight with peer discussion.
  • International Insight Tours
Curated, Member-only international experiences that immerse participants in global perspectives on wealth, family enterprise, investment, and philanthropy through shared learning and reflection.
  • Family Office Congress
PWN’s flagship annual gathering, bringing Members and global thought leaders together for immersive learning, reflection, and cross-generational dialogue.
  • PWN Insights
Research, case studies, podcasts, interviews, and event materials that extend learning beyond the moment and support ongoing learning and reflection.

Together, these experiences are designed to prompt better questions, informed discussion, and perspective — complementing Peer Group participation and supporting thoughtful decision-making over time.

Global perspectives and international connections

PWN maintains strong connections with global thought leaders, family enterprises, and expert practitioners across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, and the United States.

Through our International Insight Tours, Family Office Congress, and selected Forums, Members engage with:

  • Prominent global families and entrepreneurs
  • International family office leaders and academics
  • Experts in governance, investment, philanthropy, and intergenerational transition

These global perspectives enrich local conversations and help Members benchmark their thinking against international practice, while remaining grounded in PWN’s trusted, peer-led approach.
