About Jonny

Jonny Schauder is a registered psychologist, facilitator, and consultant renowned for tackling complex “wicked problems” across families, enterprises, and institutions. Former Chair of the Family Mediation Centre, founder of multiple businesses, and author of eight books, Jonny works at the intersection of psychology, strategy, family, community, and governance. As a father of nine and former CEO, he brings lived insight into leadership, systems, and human dynamics. He also plays masters soccer.

Background

Jonny has led high-stakes negotiations, cultural transformations, and board-level strategy processes across corporate, community, government, and family enterprise systems. He has taught negotiation and conflict resolution at Harvard Law School alongside luminaries such as Roger Fisher, author of Getting to Yes, and lectured in Monash’s MBA and Faculty of Economics programs on negotiation, services marketing, and strategy. His approach combines deep interpersonal psychology with commercial acumen, enabling rigorous thinking alongside practical execution.
