The PWN Younger-Gen Program 2027

Ten months. One small cohort. A chance to find your own way — and build a peer network that truly understands.

From January–October 2027, up to 20 participants, typically aged 21–35, from across Australia & New Zealand will come together for facilitated learning, honest conversations and practical personal development.

The Program explores:

• Identity, values and purpose
• Family dynamics and relationships
• Career direction and personal ambition
• Your relationship with wealth
• What it means to shape — rather than simply inherit — your future

Led by Experts in Residence Joanna Sun and Nim de Swardt, the Program includes an in-person gathering at Family Office Congress XVIII in Perth, followed by a celebration showcase to close the journey.

Protected by PWN’s Four Walls Policy, it’s a trusted space to ask questions, challenge assumptions and have candid conversations about the realities of growing up in significant wealth.
