Cask, Cacao & Code: A Whisky & Chocolate Tasting
Join fellow PWN Members for an evening where whisky-making tradition meets AI-powered flavour analysis.
Sarah Leonard, Headbox, will take us on a journey through Scotland's whisky-producing regions, presenting a selection of independent bottlings. Dan Wan, Founder & CEO, FlavourIQ, will then reveal how AI has been used to analyse the flavour profiles of whisky and chocolate, creating pairings designed to bring out the best in each.
