Eligibility & Registration

PWN Members: Family Office Congress XVIII passes are included as per your Membership tier. PWN Members may purchase additional passes for family or Family Office executives at a special discounted rate, subject to approval.
Non-Members: Applications are welcome from non-Members who are individuals or families of significant wealth.
Referral Partners: Family Advisers may also apply to participate, alongside a client(s) who align with the PWN Member profile.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment: All payments must be settled within 5 days of receiving approval for the application. Failure to pay within this period may result in the cancellation of the approval and reservation.
Refunds: Passes are fully refundable until 28 February 2027. After this date, all sales are non-refundable.
Member Status: Membership invoices overdue by 30+ days must be settled in full before participation is confirmed.
Pass Transferability: Passes are non-transferable unless approved on a case-by-case basis by PWN – Head of Membership.

Pricing & Incentives

Passes are priced according to a tiered timeline:
- Super-Early Bird (until COB 31 December 2025)
- Early Bird (until COB 31 March 2026), and
- Standard Price (from 1 April 2026).

Conversion Incentives: The full cost for non-Members may be credited against their first year’s Membership fee if they join PWN within 30 days of Family Office Congress XVIII.
