Petya Blumbach

Petya is the CEO for Amsbach Enterprises and heads her Family Office’s investment activities in Singapore. 

She worked within the marketing, consultancy and operations departments of the Amsbach Group; the family shipping company which was founded in 1973 and specializes in Marine Sector Oil & Gas Support Services and Logistics with a focus in South East Asia. She previously worked in Corporate Finance in London and in the Environmental Department in a Shipping Company in Hong Kong. 

Petya grew up in Singapore, and is an alumni of both Tanglin Trust and UWCSEA. She holds a Masters in Geography from Oxford University and a Masters in Quaternary Science from Cambridge University. She undertook paleo-climate research at the Institute for Environmental Physics at Heidelberg University for a year under a Cambridge – Heidelberg scholarship and paleo-genetic research at the McDonald Institute in Cambridge. She has also taken several executive courses at INSEAD including the Family Business Programme and is active within the close-knit Family Office Network in Singapore.

Nicholas Cator

Founder and Managing Partner, Venturi Partners

Nick is the Founder & Managing Partner of Venturi Partners, a $500M investment fund focusing on Series B to D investments in the consumer space in India & Southeast Asia. Prior to founding Venturi Partners, Nick was Managing Director at Verlinvest, a family-backed investment vehicle specialized in the consumer space. He moved to Singapore end 2014 to open their Asian office and was responsible for all investments in Asia and in consumer tech brands globally.

Nick’s focus has been on investing and working with brands in the FMCG, education, e-commerce and healthcare sectors. While leading Verlinvest’s Asian investments he successfully deployed over $500M of capital in India, South-East Asia and China. Nick is currently on the Boards of Livspace, Country Delight, Sula Wines and Believe. He was previously on the Boards of Byju’s, Lazada, Global Fashion Group, Chewy, Epigamia, Veeba, Armonea and China Resources Verlinvest Investment Fund (majority owner of Oatly pre-IPO).

Nick started his career in London and New York in leveraged finance and private equity before joining Verlinvest in 2006. During his 13 years at Verlinvest Nick spent 5 years as an operator and as CEO of Armonea, one of the leading private nursing home operators in Europe with 15,000 residents and 8,000 employees. 

Nick is Anglo-Belgian. He has a Masters in Economics from the University of Louvain La Neuve in Belgium and has done Executive courses from Insead and Stanford.

Tim Cunliffe

CFO, Reddy Group

Tim Cunliffe is the Chief Financial Officer of the Reddy Group Family Office, a role he has held since July 2020. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Tim leads the Group’s finance and commercial activities across the Asia-Pacific region, sits on the Group’s Investment Committee, and in recent years has played a key role in establishing its Singapore Family Office structure.

• Shiox Films was created to convert entertainment for health-social impact, internationally. ToonLee also serves as a Board Member of Bio-XL Ltd, a Family Advisory Board member of Family Hippocampus Club and a member of the South African Chamber of Commerce - Agri and Commodities Sub-committee. Robin Pho

Director , R Pho Family Office

Robin is a tree hugger and renewable energy advocate. Since 2022 has been working on developing one of the world’s largest solar and battery projects to import energy from Indonesia to Singapore.
He was the CEO of his 2nd generation family business (Right People Renewable Energy - RPRE) focused on the triple bottom line of People, Planet, and Profits. RPRE helped clients switch from traditional fossil fuels to clean renewable energy, especially microgrids in Indonesia and Singapore. It was also the first certified B Corporation in SEA in the cleantech industry back in 2019. Tim Rath

Tim Rath is a seasoned tech entrepreneur and investor based in Europe and Asia.

He invests in startups dedicated to supporting early and growth stage deep tech ventures globally.  Tim leads a team of operator investors with the goal of enabling deep-tech founders with the right foundation to scale their companies to a successful exit.

Notably, Tim co-founded Lazada Group, one of Southeast Asia’s most successful decacorns, and the leading full exit to Alibaba (NYSE: BABA), initially in 2018 and through subsequent tranches leading to full exit in 2020. Today Lazada Group has more than 20,000 FTEs and USD 20bn GMV.

Karen is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaysia, and also admitted as a solicitor in the New South Wales Bar, Australia.

Timothy Wu

Timothy is part of the Family Office of OUE Limited, a diversified real estate, hospitality, and healthcare group, with a portfolio of best-in-class commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, and healthcare assets across Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, and China. OUE is the international flagship arm of the Lippo Group, one of Asia's largest and most diversified conglomerates, and Indonesia's largest services group. OUE has over S$9 billion in total assets and S$5.8 billion in funds under management through its two listed Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) – OUE REIT and First REIT, Singapore's first listed healthcare REIT.

Within the Family Office, Timothy and his team manage the portfolio for OUE's Executive Chairman and Group CEO, Dr Stephen Riady, and his family by actively implementing the family's investment strategy, monitoring investment performance, selecting funds, allocating assets, ensuring compliance, and reporting performance. The family has allocated over $200m across direct investments, single-portfolio, and multi-portfolio funds. Veiverne Yuen

Veiverne is one of the Founding Partners of Blauwpark Partners. He has extensive experience in institutional Asset Management, particularly in relation to alternative assets. He also has a deep understanding of the nuts and bolts of asset management including a strong regard for good governance and compliance, having begun his career in financial services and investment management in 2005 with the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a regulator, focusing on fund management and other capital market intermediaries.

Subsequently, Veiverne joined Rabobank in 2007, where he led M&A and advisory transactions for clients from both Asia and Europe. Among the Asian clients he served, a number were large family-owned businesses and Veiverne gained not only an understanding of the mergers and acquisitions space, but also the intricacies that allowed these families and their businesses to be persistently successful across generations. During this time, Veiverne also championed ESG early initiatives in Asia and represented Rabobank as a member on the inaugural Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). In 2010, Veiverne’s joined GIC. In addition to leading investment selection and due diligence for alternative fund investments and direct investments, Veiverne was also responsible for helping to determine the strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction and managing capital budgeting for the PE, VC and infrastructure portfolio.

He also oversaw regular reporting to the Board and the client for these asset classes. Veiverne brings a practitioner’s insight to the implementation of endowment style models to manage long term pools of capital seeking meaningful capital appreciation over the long term. More recently, Veiverne was a co-founder of tryb Group, a principal investment firm focused on financial services and financial technology investments in Southeast Asia.  He holds a MSc in Applied Finance from the Singapore Management University and a MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
