Family Office Congress: PWN’s Flagship Gathering for Multi-Generational Family Leadership
For over 16 years, the Family Office Congress, hosted annually by PWN, has been a cornerstone event for individuals and families of significant wealth, particularly from Australia and New Zealand. This multi-day gathering offers a rare opportunity for meaningful peer-to-peer connection, inspiration and learning. In 2025, Family Office Congress XVI was hosted for the first time on the stunning Gold Coast, where a refreshed retreat-style format fostered deeper connection and bonding among members and their families. The theme, “Equilibrium,” explored how to achieve personal balance—away from the distractions of everyday life—while navigating the complex relationship between legacy, wealth and purpose. In a region where wealthy families are increasingly shaping capital flows, driving governance innovation and focusing on intergenerational legacy, Family Office Congress plays a vital role in promoting best practices, peer exchange and the growth of sophisticated, purpose-led family office strategies.
Details for Family Office Congress XVII will be announced shortly.
