At the heart of the PWN membership experience, Peer Groups and Special Interest Groups provide the most consistent and impactful way for members to engage, learn, and grow. These small, highly curated groups offer trusted, confidential spaces where members come together regularly to share real-world experiences, explore challenges, and learn from one another.
Each group is focused on a specific topic—such as investment strategy, family governance, or legacy planning—and is facilitated by an experienced Chair to ensure meaningful and balanced discussion. Over time, these groups foster deep relationships and powerful peer learning, creating a unique sense of community and support. For many members, this is where the true value of PWN comes to life.

Young Generation Interest Group
The Young Generation Interest Group is a dedicated initiative designed to engage and empower the rising generation within our member families. It provides a trusted, inclusive environment where young adults can connect, build relationships, share experiences, and grow together. The group brings together younger family members through a mix of in-person gatherings across Australia and New Zealand—often with a social focus—and regular online sessions that explore topics relevant to their unique journey. These include leadership, innovation, impact, identity, and navigating their role in the family enterprise and legacy. By fostering meaningful peer connections and creating a safe place for open dialogue, the Young Generation Group supports the development of confident, informed, and connected next-generation leaders within the PWN community.
