Topic: Human Capital - Wealth as Wellness
As our group works through Jay Hughes’s five forms of family capital, this session is a deep dive on “human capital” - the individuals who make up the family. We can think of their human capital as their physical and emotional wellbeing as well as their ability to establish a positive sense of identity, and pursue their own happiness and meaning. We will discuss what this means for you individually and for your family, and examine ways to measure it and develop it to help your family experience a robust wellness.
