We are delighted to invite you to an afternoon exploring Balmain’s rich heritage and creative transformations.
The experience begins with a behind-the-scenes tour of the heritage-listed White Bay Power Station, a former industrial hub being reimagined as a cultural precinct.
Followed by Red Mill Rum, where fourth-generation distiller David Fesq is reviving his family’s historic 1930s rum brand. Enjoy a tasting and hear the story behind its comeback.
We will then finish the afternoon with dinner at Totti's Rozelle.
All family members are invited and we extend this invitation to the Next Generations.
