Co-Founder and CEO of Starbound Space Solutions
Dr Sheila Gough Kenyon is the Co-Founder and CEO of Starbound Space Solutions. Starbound’s AI technology captures human expert knowledge and uses it to increase the speed of innovation in highly regulated industries. Starbound accelerates documentation and compliance processes and empowers companies to document projects and processes efficiently and transparently. Starbound won Launch AI Startup of the Year 2024, Most Promising Early-Stage AI Technology 2024, and was named the Company Research Team of the Year in the Australian Space Awards 2025.
Sheila is a cognitive scientist, highly experienced in guiding strategic initiatives in AI research and development. She has lived and worked in five countries, always within the international space community. She has worked in academic and government roles internationally and sits on the National Committee of the Australian Space Diversity Alliance. She uses established consensus-building approaches from the Social Sciences to develop processes to capture the different philosophies (Old/New space) across the global space industry.

Mike Veverka is the Founder and CEO of Jumbo Interactive, a global leader in digital lottery technology and listed on the ASX. Mike has an honours degree in Engineering and established several startups including selling his first software package at age 15 to Hewlett Packard.
