Yet being able to ask the right questions and have honest conversations is one of the most important factors in building trust and preparing for a meaningful transfer of wealth across generations.
In this relaxed session, psychologist Patrycja Slawuta - who has worked with families around the world as a Chief Learning Officer - will share insights into the issues younger gen often grapple with, from succession and leadership to identity, emotions, and finding your voice in family discussions. She will open space for the conversations many rising-gen family members want but rarely have, offering both guidance and a chance for you to explore your own questions.
This is an informal evening designed to connect Next Gen members in Queensland. Over drinks and snacks, you’ll share experiences, ask what’s really on your mind, and learn strategies to navigate the responsibilities and opportunities of being part of a family of wealth.
