Women are shaping the future of wealth like never before. Around the world, women are creating wealth at unprecedented speed and stand at the centre of the largest intergenerational transfer in history. In Australia alone, more than 65% of the nearly $5 trillion transfer will go to women. In Australia alone, more than 65% of the nearly $5 trillion transfer will go to women.

Guest speaker Patrycja Slawuta, a psychologist who has worked with families and leaders worldwide, will open a conversation on how women can bring their voice and values into wealth and decision-making. Drawing on global research and her experience with prominent families, she will explore how women approach money, investing, and philanthropy differently - often bending and reshaping the traditional rules.

The research is clear: women “do wealth” differently -  from spending and investing to philanthropy and driving social change. This ascent is being met with excitement, but also with uncertainty and questions about what it means for families, businesses, and society.

Together, we’ll explore what wealth really means, the barriers women face in engaging with it, and the opportunities to influence family strategy and legacy with confidence and clarity.
